Vendor Terms
Last updated: 10/17/2026
1. Marketplace Relationship
Dribbl acts as a marketplace facilitator. Vendors remain responsible for venue operations, availability, service delivery, and fulfillment to users. The contract of sale for court time is between the vendor and the user.
2. Verification Requirements
Vendors must complete onboarding and verification checks before listings are made visible in the marketplace. This includes bank verification and Paystack transfer-recipient setup for payouts.
3. Compliance and KYC/FICA
Vendors agree to provide accurate identity and banking information and any supporting documentation required by payment partners for KYC/FICA and payout compliance. Dribbl may suspend visibility or payment processing for incomplete or failed verification.
4. Payment and Refund Allocation
Card booking payments are collected by Dribbl and held until sessions complete. Eligible vendor amounts are paid out via Paystack bank transfer on a scheduled basis. Refunds to players are handled according to Dribbl's published refund policy — eligible court amounts are credited to player wallets, and platform/service fee components are non-refundable unless required by law.
If a refund is issued after a vendor has already been paid, the recoverable amount may be deducted from future vendor payouts.

6. Business Model Disclosure
We are a managed marketplace. We FICA-verify every vendor manually before they can receive payouts. Card booking payments are collected by Dribbl and held until sessions complete; vendor shares are then transferred via Paystack to each vendor's verified bank account. Dribbl retains its platform fee separately.
