1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Dribbl website and mobile application (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Dribbl is a platform that connects players with indoor soccer venues. We facilitate the discovery of venues, booking of courts, and organization of teams and matches. Dribbl does not own or operate the venues listed on the Service.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Bookings and Payments

• Marketplace facilitator: Dribbl is a facilitator technology platform. The contract of sale for court time is between the player and the venue/vendor.
• Card payments: We process card payments through regulated third-party processors (including Paystack). Booking charges are collected by Dribbl as marketplace facilitator. The venue/vendor's share and Dribbl's platform fee are recorded against each booking according to the booking terms.
• Business model disclosure: We are a managed marketplace. We FICA-verify every vendor manually before they can receive payouts. Card booking payments are held in escrow on the platform; after a session ends, eligible vendor amounts are paid out via Paystack bank transfers to the vendor's verified account. Dribbl retains its platform fee separately.
• Wallet refunds: In cancellation or failed-match scenarios, eligible refunds are credited to your Dribbl wallet balance for reuse on future bookings. Refunds are not returned to the original card payment method unless required by law.
• Fees: You agree to pay all fees associated with your bookings, including court fees, service/platform fees, and payment processor charges where applicable.
• Cancellations: Some cancellations/refunds are managed by Dribbl (for example, certain group formats may auto-cancel if conditions aren’t met). Venue/operator policies may also apply in other cases. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Engage in any fraudulent activity or misrepresent your identity.
• Interfvere with or disrupt the operation of the Service.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

6. Marketplace Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dribbl is not the owner or operator of listed venues and is not a party to the underlying sale of venue services. Venue quality, service delivery, and venue-side fulfillment remain the responsibility of the venue/vendor. Dribbl facilitates discovery, booking, and payment orchestration.

Dribbl shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or revenue, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
